Points on every visit. A pass in your wallet. A free scoop on your birthday.
Krem VIPs is our loyalty club, and it costs nothing. Points on everything you buy, rewards from a free coffee to money off your order, and a birthday treat on the house.
How it works
- 1
Sign up online
Join in a minute. Your mobile number is for your account and your online orders.
- 2
Scan your pass at the till
Add the Krēm pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and scan it at the counter. The pass is your card.
- 3
Redeem your rewards
When you have enough points, ask your server and the reward comes off your order.
What VIPs get
More than points.
Your usual, in one tap
Save your coffee, crêpe or smoothie exactly how you like it. It sits at the top of the order page, and Order again brings back a whole order.
Favourite flavours
Heart a flavour and we'll email you, and tell your wallet pass, the morning it's back in the cabinet.
Bring a friend
Share your link. When a friend joins and earns their first points, you both get a bonus.
VIP Gold
One day your pass turns gold. We won't say when; it's a thank-you for the regulars, and a surprise.
The points
Points on every visit.
Your pass is your card.
Add the Krēm pass to your phone and scan it at the Register: the points land on your account, and your balance, your next reward and your birthday treat are always with you.
